Order Processing

Domestic UK Shipping

  • Delivery Time: All orders within the UK are delivered within 2 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping is available for most UK postcodes. For certain Highland postcodes (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78,
    PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, an additional shipping fee and adjusted delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • BLwUE offers international shipping to most countries worldwide.
  • Delivery Time & Shipping Cost: Estimated delivery times and shipping costs for international orders will be displayed at checkout.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: All applicable customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and applied at checkout. BLwUE is not responsible for any additional charges, customs delays, or issues arising after the package leaves the United Kingdom.

Package Tracking

  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will allow you to monitor the shipment’s journey until it reaches you.

Responsibility and Liability

  • BLwUE is not responsible for shipments delayed due to customs, natural occurrences, or strikes affecting air and ground transportation.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but is lost or stolen, BLwUE is not liable for replacement or refund. If you experience such an issue, please contact our support team at support@blwue.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Customs Information

  • BLwUE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
  • Please ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate, as we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
