At BLwUE, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return process. Please review our return policy for detailed information on eligibility, processes, and timelines.


Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
    • In the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@blwue.com.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Returns must be sent via mail to our UK warehouse. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis:
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs will be communicated during the return process.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@blwue.com.
  • For such issues, we will evaluate the case and provide a solution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products such as e-gift cards or downloads.
  • Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, initiate a return and make a new purchase for the desired item. Exchanges cannot be processed under the same order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@blwue.com.

Lost or Delayed Returns

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their return package is tracked and insured.
  • BLwUE is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments. If such an issue arises, please contact the courier directly.

Return Fraud Prevention

  • All returns are subject to inspection to verify their condition and eligibility.
  • Returns not meeting our criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
